The first step for all new clients is to schedule an evaluation with one of our trainers. During this evaluation, we'll meet you and your dog, discuss your goals, assess your dog's temperament and behavior, and determine the training approach that will best fit your needs. Once we've completed the evaluation, we'll work with you directly to create a customized training plan, whether that's private lessons, a Board & Train program, or another service that best supports your goals. Yes, we offer a specialized puppy training program designed to help your new furry family member get off to the best start. Our puppy program covers socialization, basic obedience (sit, stay, come), house-training, bite inhibition, and addressing common puppy behaviors like nipping and jumping. It's a great way to build a strong foundation!

Yes, we work with dogs exhibiting aggressive behaviors. These cases often require a more specialized approach, which is why our initial evaluation to assess your dog's specific situation and determine the most appropriate training plan is so important. Our goal is to understand the root cause of the aggression and implement safe, effective strategies.

For your first training session, please bring your dog on a standard leash (no retractable leashes, please), a flat buckle collar or harness, plenty of high-value, small, soft treats, and a favorite toy. Also, ensure your dog has had a chance to relieve themselves before the session. We'll provide any other necessary equipment.

Yes, we offer in-home training sessions for clients within a specific service area. In-home training is ideal for addressing behaviors that occur specifically in your home environment or for dogs who may be easily distracted in new settings.
